Everything you need to know about tracking your order.
Current shipping notice: U.S. customs is currently
carrying out extra inspections on some international parcels. If your order
is selected, this can add a few days to delivery. This is outside our
control, but rest assured every order is protected by our guarantee below.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery of
7–15 business days. During periods of increased customs checks, some
orders may take a little longer.
If tracking pauses for several days, your parcel is most likely held for a
routine customs inspection or moving between carriers. This is normal and
usually resolves on its own within a few days. If there's no movement for
more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate.
In most cases, parcels held for inspection are released and continue to you
after a short delay — no action is needed on your part. If your parcel
stays held longer than expected, reach out and we'll help track it down.
In the rare event a parcel is returned to sender, held indefinitely, lost,
or damaged during a customs check, you're fully covered. Contact us and
we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return
anything.
